Position Overview: ASLAN is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Executive to join our USA operations team. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting ASLAN products within their designated territory, with a specific focus on B2B sales approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, targeting businesses as key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the B2B sector.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and business clients, emphasizing the value proposition for B2B customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the signage, printing, or graphics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
